Winter construction at the Oceanview Fitness Pavilion

Construction is progressing smoothly at the OceanView at Falmouth Campus as the Oceanview Fitness Pavilion begins to take shape. The concrete foundation for the underground parking garage has been poured, and steel beams are now being placed, giving structure to this new, state-of-the art building.
The Fitness Pavilion will feature a larger aerobics floor, a push sled and turf strip, state-of-the-art cardio equipment, extensive weightlifting options, suspension trainers, slide board, a bounce wall and flooring for slam exercise. It will be outfitted with top-of-the-line equipment by Matrix Fitness, an award-winning fitness and technology brand.
The approximately 6,000 square foot addition will also include office space, a private training studio and four new apartments ranging from 1,400-1,600 square feet.
